SPECIAL TROPICAL OUTLOOK | UPDATE TIME: 20 SEP 2025 AT 02:30PM BST
As of Saturday noon BST, a Low Pressure Area is being located over North Andaman Sea off Yangon coast.
Under the influence of this LPA, Deep Convection has formed over North Andaman Sea. Due to which, north Andaman Sea has become slightly rough as of now.
The Low Pressure Area is likely to move North and complete Southern Myanmar coast landfall near Yangon by this afternoon. As Landfall is ongoing, It is less likely to have any intensification further and may not pose any threat to any coast except southern Myanmar.
Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall may cause waterlogging and Disrupt daily activities of the residents of southern Myanmar.
*//Another Fresh Low Pressure Area may form over north central Bay of Bengal around 25-26 Sept, which may consolidate into a Tropical Depression. //*

শনিবার দুপুর ২টার পর্যবেক্ষন অনুযায়ী, একটি লঘুচাপ উত্তর আন্দামান সাগরে ইয়াঙ্গুন উপকূলের অদূরে অবস্থান করছে।এই লঘুচাপের প্রভাবে উত্তর আন্দামান সাগরে গভীর মেঘমালা সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। যার ফলে বর্তমানে উত্তর আন্দামান সাগর সামান্য উত্তাল রয়েছে।
লঘুচাপটি উত্তর দিকে অগ্রসর হয়ে আজ দুপুরেই ইয়াঙ্গুনের নিকটবর্তী দক্ষিণ মিয়ানমার উপকূলে স্থলভাগে প্রবেশ করতে পারে। স্থলভাগে প্রবেশের কারণে এর আরও শক্তিশালী হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা নেই এবং এটি দক্ষিণ মিয়ানমারের উপকূল ছাড়া অন্য কোনো উপকূলে হুমকি সৃষ্টি করার সম্ভাবনাও কম।
তবে দক্ষিণ মিয়ানমারে ভারী থেকে অতি ভারী বৃষ্টিপাত হতে পারে, যার ফলে জলাবদ্ধতা সৃষ্টি হয়ে স্থানীয়দের দৈনন্দিন জীবনযাত্রায় বিঘ্ন ঘটতে পারে।
