
Hurricane Melissa to hit Jamaica Tomorrow!!
Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm, is barreling toward Jamaica with winds of around 270 km/h. It is expected to make landfall in Jamaica tomorrow morning to noon (local time) at full strength.
If it strikes with full intensity, it will become the strongest hurricane ever to hit Jamaica in the country’s history.

Peak Intensity of Melissa before Landfall
The storm may intensify further before landfall, with sustained wind speeds potentially reaching 290–300 km/h, capable of causing catastrophic destruction across the island.
Along with such extreme winds, storm surges up to 20–30 feet high are also expected as the hurricane crosses the coast.
